Today was definitely one of the more eventful days in our lives since we've been married. Scott and I signed all the paperwork (54 pages of it) and put down a payment on a new townhouse in Brentwood, TN. We're very excited. It's three bedrooms with a bonus room thingy on the second level. What's best about it is location, location, location. They are building a Starbucks along with about 40 other stores within walking distance! So I guess that means you'll have to come visit us soon! We're supposed to move in at the end of July. We actually ended up getting a steal of a deal because the people who had bought it originally just backed out of the deal (before the townhouse was completed) and it just became available. That's wonderful because all the other options weren't available until December and this one's available in a month and a half. Crazy!
Scott says to put a "link" and I'm not real sure what that is but he told me to type http://www.centexhomes.com/Nashville/N45733.asp. We're in the Crawford! See you soon!

The Countdown
For anyone who doesn't know, Scott and I are moving to Nashville, Tennessee this Friday (May 19th). We are going to be living with our generous family members for a few months and then hopefully move into a house of some sorts. I don't have a job as of yet, but I'll start looking once I get there. Our poor apartment looks like something exploded and I probably should be packing instead of writing this but being logical isn't really my thing. This week (the designated packing week) Scott is away at a work retreat for four days leaving me (the nonorganized procrastinator) to pack. I guess he's not always logical either. It should be interesting!! By the way, Scott wants to document yet another Sleeping Lyndsay adventure:
L: "…so I’ll just go over here so you don’t get confused.”
S: what?
L: “There’s just a lot of change over here, you know, nickels and dimes, and they’re falling into the crease and I don’t want them to get confused with the acrin, you know?”
I think you all should come to visit just so you can enjoy my sleeping moments. I guess I should be getting back to packing now. See you soon.
